Abstract

|
|
Toxic drug reactions in 477 patients receiving INH, 466 patients receiving PAS and 45 patients receiving SM has been reviewed at the 18th Army Hospital. In 477 patients taking INH toxic symptoms occured in 1.0%, 466 patients taking PAS drug allergy and gastro-intestinal intolerance occured in 7.9%, and also 45 patients taking SM toxic reactions occured in 4.4%. Among the total 44 patients who have been reviewed toxic rections 29 patients were able to continue the therapy, but 15 patients were not be able to continue it.
